MSL provide Payroll Processing Services to meet clients’ requirements for cost-efficient,on-time, accurate and compliant management of employee remuneration.

Our services focus convenience, flexibility and customer satisfaction and are provided through a standard service suite and extended service options. We currently provide payroll services to 13 countries in the Caribbean and to all the Dominican Republic.

Standard Service

We offer fortnightly and monthly payroll processing that significantly minimizes the resource cost associated with the establishment and on-going maintenance of employee payroll systems. Our standard service provides:

  • Easy Setup with the assistance of our payroll experts. They have in-depth experience in payroll processing and assure that we have a full understanding of your requirements and all the information we need to completely and accurately process your payroll. We can customize our system to meet your processing and reporting needs.
  • Flexible submission of times worked, employee additions / terminations and compensation changes. These can be submitted to us via fax, email or can be dropped off at our office. We will provide the templates (Microsoft Word or Excel) or paper.
  • Complete Reporting to meet statutory and business management requirements. For each payroll period we provide: Employee Pay Slips (current period and year-to-date payments with deductions – statutory and company), company payroll register – summary information for all employees paid, plus any customized reports. We support payroll reporting by deparment. We also provide the monthly and year-end reports needed to comply with statutory requirements. All reports can be sent via email (Microsoft Excel Format) or can be collected at our office.

 

Extended Service

This service offers:

  • Company Registration for statutory Payments to the National Insurance Board (NIB) and the Board of Inland Revenue (BIR). (Trinidad)
  • Employee Registration with the NIB and the BIR for withholding tax payments. (Trinidad)
  • Remittance payments of monthly statutory deductions to the NIB and the BIR.
  • Employee Payments of net earnings via direct deposit to employees’ bank accounts, cheque payment or pay packet.
  • Leave Reporting for payroll period and year to date management of employee absences by category, for example: sick, vacation and personal time off.
  • Expense Reporting for taxable and non-taxable reimbursements to employees for expenses such as Travel, Entertainment, Housing and Utilities.
