Customer service is essentially the transaction of delivering a service to customers while they purchase (before, during or after). This service would enhance the satisfaction of the customer’s experience, and keeping high levels of satisfaction is a vital factor to ensure a long life spam of any business.
The importance of customer service can change according to the kind of service, product, customer or even industry; and successful service depends on the interaction of the company’s personnel who are providing the service meaning who adjust adequately to the clients’ personality and or needs.
Customer services come in many forms and fashion and is the instrumental in customer retention (repeat purchases). Promptness, politeness, professionalism & personalization are very important factors when interacting with customers.
As entrepreneurs we cannot overlook the importance of customer service, because this could reflect directly on the company’s income and even the long term strategies…
